Last night was Easton's first Pinewood Derby. He and his Dad worked hard on his car to get it just the way he wanted it. Funny thing...Bryan kept telling me that he was worried because he wasn't sure it was easy to tell which was the front and which was the back of the car. The very first race, Easton's scout leader actually put his car on the track backward. It came in second place. The next time Bryan told Easton to turn it around the right way...this time he came in 3rd place. So, for the rest of the night our little purple car raced backward!

You were able to get some great pictures! Remi is so excited to do the Pinewood Derby. I don't think Chris shares the excitement.
Great job, East!! You did good with pix....I always forget until it is too late!!
Sweet car, Easton (and Brian). You guys did a great job! Congrats on the ribbon!
So fun to see the pics. Good job Easton (and Brian). We will let you know how Brayden does this coming Tuesday.
Easton has gotten so big! I am a little scared for when Kenny has to do all that scout stuff...he's not the best builder!!! My kids will be lucky to even get the car made!! Miss you guys!
Hey, just so you know, that was me under my sisters blog "the cary's" I forgot to sign out of hers!
