Scera Pool

For our Friday Field Trip we went to the Scera Pool. I love this pool! It's got things for all ages...it suits our big family perfectly! Grandma was in town along with Aunt Tanya and the kids, who drove up for the day from Salina. We had SO much fun!

We're gonna need a whole week to recover from 13 kids and 6 hours in the sun...but it sure was a good time!

Go Crushers!

The ONLY sport Jace wanted to play this Spring was SOCCER!
We have no idea how it happened but he ended up on an ALL GIRL soccer team. The league is co-ed ...maybe they had way more girls sign up than boys? Thankfully our little ladies man didn't care a bit. He was happy to run alongside the ladies in the pink socks. :)
Handsome little "Crusher"

Way to go Crushers!

Round Up Days Parade

We got our favorite spot at the Lehi Round Up Days Parade.  It was a super hot day so we set up our umbrellas for some shade.
Easton and Jace waiting for the parade to get to our spot.
We were watching the Purtschert girls for the week while their mom and dad were in Switzerland. Here is Heidi, Camry, and Emily waiting for the parade to start.

Quote of the Week:

Jace: Mom...I wish we didn't get divorced from our ward.

Needless to say we felt a little lost on Sunday due to our recent ward split. We will miss CV2 but we're excited to be back with old friends...and new...in CV3.

The Karate Kid

So for our Field Trip on Friday I had to take my little "karate kids" to see the new Karate Kid. I thought I would be disappointed....so not! Loved it! The kids loved it even more! My boys actually starting cheering at the end when Dre won the tournament. A must buy for our family!

Liberty Park

Because I have the BEST job in the whole world....I get to have every Friday off in the summer. We decided this year we would do "Field Trip Friday's". We spent our first Friday at Liberty Park in SLC with our cousins. We had a picnic and tons of fun.

Sophie's Dress Up Tea Party

Sophie had a dress up tea party for her birthday. All of the girls were invited. Camry and I got to dress up our favorite princess and take her with us. Maddie loves to be girly! So much fun. We painted her nails, and curled her hair and even bought her a wand. She loved it...not sure who loved it more. :)

Camry's New Smile

We finally bit the $4,000 bullet and started Phase II of Camry's braces. She is so excited to get it over with! Her teeth were super sore for about 4 days but she's doing great now....just in time for her to go get them tightened. She should only have to wear them for 12-18 months. Yay!
Up next...Easton! :)

Finally...Woman's Conference 2010

I got to attend Woman's Conference this year at BYU with 4 of my FAVORITE girls! The Cotter women flew/drove in and we spent an amazingly fun filled 3 days together. Sharley's plane was super delayed due to high winds in Vegas so Jennie and Lyndsay and I went to the opening session alone and met up with Shar and Jeanne later on. We had a ton of laughs...as usual. Some of our highlights were:
~It was SNOWING! (Okay so this wasn't really a highlight but we had some good laughs as we FROZE to death)
~
Waiting in line for the marriage class and really finding out we're stuck in a temple class with a bunch of older ladies. (This turned out okay...since it was a good class)
~Our Gary Coleman sighting at Jason's Deli
~My Super Humongous burrito from the Cheesecake Factory
and of course...
~
2 days of Spiritual fulfillment

Thank you to my Aunt Jeanne for spoiling us all rotten...as usual! Love you!

I Just Can't Get Enough

Reminding Brie I'm her favorite Auntie...
