Will They NEVER Grow up?!

What would a girls night out be without laughing so hard your stomach hurts!?
Jenny, Kerrieleigh, and I decided to pop into one of the stores at the Gateway after dinner the other night to check out some headbands. Needless to say we are WAY too old and mature for this store!!

7 Years Old!

I can't believe our baby is 7 yrs old!! It was a big day for him! He is my guy who is always so eager to grow up...or maybe it just seems that way because I'm wishing for him to stay little.Jace might be the biggest "Super Mario" fan out there! He was super excited to find his gift. He also asked for "Bendaroos" (which are STILL on the way to our house according to Amazon!)
Elisabeth, Garet, Connor, Jace, Ashleigh, and Aaden..aren't they sweet!
Jace LOVES bowling. So no surprise he wanted to have his party at the Bowling Alley. We had pizza, presents, cake, and TONS of fun!The party guests showing their real personalities!A bowling birthday party wouldn't be complete without a bowling cake. Thanks Aunt Jacci for an amazingly yummy cake!! You're the best! And thanks to Aunt Bonnie for coming to the Bowling Alley on her day off for moral support! :)
Happy 7th Birthday Jacers!

Painting Skilz

The kids and I traveled to Blanding to take Nemi to meet her dad and while there my dad put me to work. The kids loved it that while I was painting they could walk across the street to the pool and swim til their hearts were content. On the other hand...not so sure my dad appreciated my painting skills...or lack thereof. Ha ha!!This picture didn't do justice to how black my feet/arms/hands/nose/chin were after spray painting a table black. However...my red wall...turned out fabulous! Maybe I should stick with the paint brushes!

Finally....a Girl's Camp Post

Camry, Autumn, Nemi...BEFORE
Freshly showered and smelling good. We're ready to head to the great outdoors. Setting up camp
The girl's helping Sister Packer set up one of the leader tents.
Roomies...Bekah, Camry, Nemi
7 giggly girls stuffed into this tent. One of my favorite camp moments was hearing screams of terror coming from their tent and seeing them all fight their way out of the tent door because a little chipmunk had gotten inside! Poor little guy! I think he was almost as scared as they were!
Our awesome girls camp director Sister Barnett
Our theme was B.U.G.S. (Beautiful Urgent Gospel Seekers)
We were the Chappel Valley 2nd Ward Butterflies and we were beautiful!
Look at our beautiful wings!
We all got to decorate our own wings. It was tons of fun! Word to the wise...glitter inside the church....not a good idea! It was hours of cleanup!Cousins
Nemi and Camry at Flag CeremonyBeautiful Nemi
We were so glad Nemi got to come with us to camp! She was tons of fun!Camp Hoodies
It got really cold at night...we loved our matching hoodies!Silly Girls
Camry, Bekah, and Nemi..can you say aaaahhhhh?!Hannah J. aka Napoleon Dynamite
All the wards put on a skit using items that another ward filled into a bag. Some of our stuff was pretty random. Our theme was "Girl's Camp Got Talent" Here is the amazingly talented Napoleon Dynamite. Hannah was hilarious! She kept us all laughing for 4 days!Nemi...Judge Paula
Nemi had the part of one of our panel judges. Her scores were hilarious. I believe this one said something like...I Heart D.J. Random Dancers
Jade, Katie, Savanah, Bekah, and Camry were the random dancers who wouldn't get off of the stage....until "Bouncer Nicole" came to escort them off...
YCL's
Natalie, Tiffany, Karli, and Kaitlyn were our Camp Certifiers. They were awesome doing a cute skit teaching the girls about plants and animals in the wild. My favorite part was when Natalie had the girls make and S.O.S. sign by using their bodies for the X!
Life at Camp
The girls loved sewing bags and making bracelets and picture frames. They all turned out so cute!Night Life
Nemi and Camry at our favorite part of the day. Campfire time...Nemi's Oreo Shake
On the way home we stopped for a shake in Heber City. Yum!!Bekah and her Lime Shake and Camry and her Strawberry Shake
Camry, Autumn, and Nemi....AFTER
Here we are all gross and smelly. Can't wait for next year!
