I had to post this to prove that Grandpa and Emmy really do like each other...deep down....
Easton and Grandpa with the finished product. Thanks Gramps!
Easton getting ready to race his rocket, "Stars and Stripes". Unfortunately mom wound the propeller the wrong direction and the first race it didn't go anywhere. :(
Grandpa Mike to the rescue! Thank goodness! You'd think Grandpa had raised 6 boys with how great he was a rocket racing!

How fun to have both grandpas helping. Good job Easton.
So cool to have rocket derbies! How fun is that? Is that a new way of having the traditional pinewood derby? NO fair! :) I would have loved to have done that too. Also, how awesome to have both Grandpa's there to watch and support and help. (especially when you wound the propeller the wrong way! lol! I would have done the same thing.) Way to go Easton!
I am such slacker and have been MIA for weeks on the blogging scene. So, I am posting another comment here just in case you wouldn't see it down below. First... So glad you got to go to Lagoon again. I planned to, but it never worked out. You guys looked like you had fun. I love the matching shirts too! :) What a fun mom!
I couldn't help but laugh at the Indian names you gave Easton and his cousin! HA! So funny. Those kids did such a great job. I loved it. What would your name be if you were an indian? Hmmm How about "Walks with a Limp" because of the time you hurt your po tow? :D Love you
Okay, I have no brothers and few nephews, but it seems like I would have still heard about something this cool. That is such a neat activity...so much better than a car. Rockets ROCK!
I've never heard of rocket derbies. I'm going to be the retard mom when my boys get in scouts. That's so neat that both Grandpa's were there to help him. Love the pictures.
I love that both grandpas got involved. Your kids are so lucky that they have so fun grandparents!
Wow, that was fast! It's awesome to have so much grandpa help! Way to go Easton!
