Day 5....Cabo Beach Day

We met up with "Hector the Protector" this morning. We all decided that Hector was the greatest salesman of all time. He told us all about how he was going to put us on his "best boat" and take us on a fabulous tour of all the greatest sites in Cabo. We were pumped.

We laughed so hard when we walked up to our boat. It's name... "No Problem 2". It was a rickety old thing with fishing nets hanging around the sides and a dirty glass bottom. Hahaha. Good times. We all piled in and put on some well used life preservers. Off we went on the tour of a lifetime. :)

On the tour of beautiful Cabo.

Auntie Laura and Brielle
K'Leigh, Easton, and Derek (Der where is your life preserver??)

Scooby Doo Rock

Camry and Aunt Tanya

After our 4 minute tour :) our guide dropped us off at Lover's Beach. The beach really was gorgeous and we had hours of fun family time!
Jace and Camry splashing in the waves.

Easton helping Maddie build a sand castle.

The guys swam over to this big rock and decided they were young and brave enough to do some cliff jumping. Crazies. (on top of the rock...Bryan, Trent, Corey, and Derek. Ryan just jumped)

There goes Bryan. Love the pirate ship in the background.

Bryan about to jump. The guys came back with cuts and bruises all over them...maybe they're not as young as they thought they were. Derek was unharmed. :)

K'Leigh worked hard and buried Jace's whole body in the sand. He loved it.

Besties playing in the ocean

Dylan with Grandma and Grandpa, he LOVED the water. He couldn't get enough of it.

Running away from the waves

Easton is so adventurous...he just headed out to snorkel and dove right in. They saw tons of cool fish.

Love this girl

My favorite girls with me on the beach

A guy came by with a bucket of iguanas.
I love McKay in the background of this picture. Haha

Maddie still had remnants of her cheetah face paint from camp carnival...add the lizards...scary! :)

Day 4....Cabo San Lucas

We arrived in Cabo early this morning. It was a beautiful sunny day. We had 1/2 hour from when our boat docked to get on a tender boat and get to shore to hook up with our guide for our zip lining/repelling excursion. Tanya made friends with the guy getting people on the boats and got us on the first boat off the ship....unfortunately "Mr. Optimistic"...aka Jeffrey...thought he could make it to breakfast and back in time. Nope. We sailed off onto the blue ocean without him and his boys. :( Luckily the nice people at the zip lining place gave us vouchers for them to come back the next day.

The boys...ready for some high adventure

Getting our safety gear on...ready for instructions

So glad I got these photos because they made us lock up our cameras and bags after this. The zip lining people were awesome but $150 US dollars for some photos...no thanks.

We took out Uncle Greg and added Uncle Ryan in this photo

Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Corey, Aunt Jacci, Aunt Laura, K'Leigh, and the babes spent the day on the beach while we were doing our excursion.

Everyone had an amazing day!

Day 3....At Sea

We didn't see the kids much today...they were too busy having a great time at  "Camp Carnival". The little girls did a Build a Bear workshop at their camp. They were so cute. Maddie picked a dog (what else?) and chose Veterinarian clothes for it...because of course that is what she is going to be when she grows up. :) It was dress up night in the dining room so everyone had to look snazzy...there was enough complaining to go around my cabin to do me in. My boys were not fans of "DRESSING UP!??" for dinner. Ha.

We fixed "Dr. Elizabeth's" hair along with Maddie's  :)

Our Halliday Family Photo 2012

It only took about 10 shots on two separate occasions to get all 26 of us looking semi normal. :) There is no better family than this.....

Day 2....All Aboard!

All ABOARD the Carnival Splendor!

Our home for the next 7 days

We were so excited we practically ran to the ship!

As soon as we climbed aboard we threw on our swimming suits and hit the pool!

Cute little cousins swimming their little hearts out..these two weren't a fan of the waterslide but preferred the hot tub. Ha!

Maddie taking a break from the pool on my lap. Her wet suit cooled me off and my warmness warmed her up!

The boys played some bean bag toss poolside and did some minature golfing

Day 1....Las Vegas

We headed to Las Vegas on Saturday morning. We met up at our hotel with everyone and did some swimming while the boys hit the casino. After swimming we got ready and hit the Strip....something I don't think I'll ever do again with my children (too much garbage and ugliness). The kids thought all of the noises and lights were awesome and especially loved the water fountain show at the Belagio.

After the Belagio show we found a sad little 14 year old boy from Mexico who had been separated from his family during the show. Luckily he spoke English pretty well and we have several Spanish speakers among us. Grandpa, Bryan, and Corey walked him to his hotel and handed him over to a security guard to help him find his parents...I have to admit I worried about him all night.

The Dad's took the kids and headed back to the hotel while Tanya, Jax, and I went in search of a Target to buy a few remaining items for our Cruise. Our GPS led us a little astray and I have to say the highlight of the night was making an appearance at the Las Vegas International Airport. Ha! I always get a good laugh when I'm with these girls.

Halloween 2011

Jace wanted to be Patrick Starfish for Halloween. Unfortunately for mom they don't make this costume anymore so we had to MAKE one ourselves! I think he turned out pretty good! He loved it! Camry was a giant baby, and after a little prodding about not being a Halloween party pooper...Easton finally sported some tattoo sleeves, a big mohawk, and some earrings. :)

My favorite trick or treaters

Maddie was Cinderella...and the cutest Cinderella if I do say so myself

Patrick and his best friend forever...Spongebob Squarepants (aka Garet)

Dylan was Mickey Mouse. This was Easton's costume when he was this age. I love that the babies get to wear them again! So cute!

This is Brielle's excited move. I LOVE it when she does this!

Camry and Katrina got to hang out all night together. So much fun!

These two were a hit around the neighborhood!

Minnie and her best friend Mickey

Cinderella's scary face!
I tried to get her to wash the bat off the princess face but she wasn't having any of it! HAHA

Grandma Linda and Dylan trick or treating

Happy Halloween!!
