Huntington Beach Girls Trip

On Saturday I got a text from my Aunt Jeanne asking if Camry and I would like to go on a girls trip the following weekend with her and Sharley. YES!! We packed up our bags and headed to St. George, picked up Aunt Jeanne, then headed to California. On Sharley's blog she mentioned how she always forgets to take photos on trips because she likes to "live the experience". I think I'm the opposite. My experience is all about documentation. :) I probably take way too many photos but I want to make sure I capture all of the moments to relive them later. Beware of a long post....

Because food is a MAJOR part of a girls trip we documented every meal.

Fathers Day

For Fathers Day the kids and I got Bryan a fire pit for the back patio. We tested it out tonight with the cousins. Tons of fun!

Zoorrasic Park at Hogle Zoo

We spent the afternoon at the zoo today. The weather was perfect! We had such a good time. Me, Jace, Garet, and Maddie rode with Aunt Laura and the babies and we met Aunt Jacci, Sophie, and Dawson at the zoo. I'm pretty sure we saw every single animal there was to see. We played on the playground, and we rode the train and the carousel.

Cubs Baseball 2011

The Cubs have had a tough season this year but that isn't because they haven't tried their best and fought for every win or loss that they've had. Uncle Jeff is the coach and that has been tons of fun. I love watching my boys play ball!

Camry's Violin Recital

Camry had her first violin recital on Saturday. She did amazing! She is so musically talented. We are so proud of her and her musical gifts and are so happy that she finds so much joy in music.

Willowcreek Middle School 5K

These three friends made me get up at the crack of dawn on a SATURDAY so they could run in the Willowcreek Middle School 5k. :) Such good girls! They had fun...but were super tired when it was all said and done.
