The 2nd grade at our school does a "Wax Museum" every year. It is truly amazing. These kids spend a great deal of time learning things about the person from history that they chose. They make a board, dress up as their person, and stand perfectly still until someone comes and 'pushes their button'.After pushing Jace's button you would hear, "Howdy Partner! My name is John Wayne. I was born in Iowa. I was a movie star. I played a cowboy. I acted in movies with my sons. I was a football player but had to quit after injuring my knee while surfing. I have blue eyes. My real name is Marion Michael Morrison. People call me "The Duke". I won an academy award."
Very impressive for an 8 yr old if you ask me! Great job buddy! And special thanks to Grandpa Mike for loaning us all of his John Wayne goodies!
